A Case of Bartter´s Syndrome

Abstract
|
|
|
Bartter´s Syndrome is rare disease and characterized by hypokalemic and hypochloremicmetabolic alkalosis, hyperreninism, ar.d secondary aldosteronism with hyperplasia of juxtaglomerular apparatus, but without edema or hypertension.
We had experienced a case of Bartter´s syndrome, who presented the most of above mentioned characteristics.
We had made diagnosis by clinical, hematologic and biochemical studies summarized in table
1. and X-ray survey.
